An exotic but whirlwind trip to Hong Kong to dip
into the colours and culture of the Far East has led
to an exhibition of work by Pat Archibald, a textile
artist. The pieces show the night colours; the
lights, the darks and shades of the city and also
reflect on how 5,000 years of Chinese tradition
combined with Colonial influence has shaped the
history and culture of Hong Kong. Amongst the pieces
you will see some with a strong celtic connection to
the orient.Dates: 4 – 24 August, 10am - Midnight
