hosted an Edinburgh Festival 2007 exhibition featuring the
striking and powerful artwork of Alison Dunlop RSW - one of
Scotland's leading realist painters.
A meticulous technique and careful composition give her
work a timeless, meditative quality - with each piece is
touched with a slightly surreal humour which continues to
impress long after the viewing.
Alison is past president of Visual Arts Scotland and
recent Vice-President of the Royal Scottish Society of
Painters in Watercolour - with work held in public and
private collections at an international level.
