Edinburgh Internet Festival 2008 - This year's event is now open and will be online from the 1st July to the 31st October!

As part of this year's festival we are launching a new interactive networking community called 'Festival2008' where - Visual Artists, Musicians, Comedians, Theatrical Performers & Street Entertainers participating in this year's Edinburgh Festival - can come together to promote their visit to Edinburgh!

Phoenix Williams - 'Help The Poor Project' Charity Gig

Doors open: 7.30pm - Tickets: £4:00/ £3.00

Following her recent performance on the BBC stage at this year’s Great Escape Festival, Phoenix Williams has been invited to headline a charity gig in aid of The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) at The Ocean Rooms in Brighton on Thursday 12 June 2008.

UNICEF cares for the most vulnerable children during humanitarian crises with a mission to provide special protection for the most disadvantaged victims of war, disasters, extreme poverty, all forms of violence and exploitation, and those with disabilities. Their work aims to fulfil children’s basic needs and restore their dignity.

Doors open at 7.30pm and entrance fee is £4:00 or £3.00 with the attached flyer. All proceeds for the night will be donated to UNICEF and directions to The Ocean Rooms can be found HERE Support bands will also be playing and Phoenix will be on stage at approximately 10:00pm
